Suitable for spelt soup, sophisticated antipasti, grilled vegetables, homemade pasta in basil pesto. Particularly interesting alongside vegan truffle compositions.

Characteristics
Radiant light yellow. Light wine. Alive at the palate featuring green notes. Integrated acidity and fresh finish. Creates the longing for a second glass.

Ideal as an aperitif as well as a welcome drink for special occasions.

Characteristics
Stray-yellow colour featuring golden glints. Intensive fruity bouquet with clear notes of citrus and green apple paired with almonds and vanilla. Fresh play of acidity, well- balanced taste. Long aftertaste.

Recommended with
Ideally combined with vegan starters and crispy salads. Pleasant companion for meditative moments.
