Agrivilla i pini is not just any place. Its rooms have been constructed in the 15th century. In the early years, the aristocrats living here made i pini an important commercial centre along the Via Francigena. Later pilgrims have been hosted on the way to the holy city. In the last century i pini was turned into an important meeting point of winemakers and farmers. Fairs were being held, new recipes were developed and expertise was exchanged.
The renovated Agrivilla shall bring exactly these historical cornerstones together and put new light on it. At i pini we place great emphasis on an inspiring ambiance, sustainability, a healthy vegan and organic cuisine as well as human warmth.
For the summer season 2020 from April 5th until October 25th we are looking for extraordinary people, ones that love unique projects following passionately a healthy vegan and organic lifestyle.
