The restaurant of Agrivilla i pini stands for a plant-based cuisine that is healthy for you, and the planet. Our dishes are created with ingredients straight from the garden to the plate. Carefully prepared by the creative minds of our culinary team, every ingredient is highlighted and chosen at the right time during the peak of their season. Our cuisine is as colourful as the seasons. Our recipes are inspired from the past but interpreted in a modern way. As you enjoy being nourished by our food, made with love and care and local ingredients, you’ll enjoy the incredible views from the terrace of the towers of San Gimignano, the medieval Tuscan town rich with history. This is the perfect location at any time of the day. Uncomplicated, vegan, and spontaneous.

If you are on visiting Agrivilla i pini as a guest in one of our booked rooms, both breakfast and dinner are included in your reservation. However, even if you are not staying at Agrivilla i pini, we welcome you to experience the property by visiting our restaurant, which is open daily from April until October. Seats are limited so please reserve your table in advance. Private and free parking can be found beside the villa.

Daily restaurant opening hours from April until October 2020: Breakfast from 8:00 am - 10:00am, lunch from 12:30pm - 2:00pm, and dinner from 7:00pm - 9:00pm

Chef Gonzalo Servi

Chef Gonzalo was born and raised in Argentina. A unique upbringing in a meat-dominated culinary culture, he was able to immerse himself from a young age in the world of plant-based cooking. Gonzalo was fortunate enough to grow up in a vegetarian household which planted the seed of his culinary curiosity. Gonzalo was drawn to a career that would allow him the opportunity to travel and explore the world. While he originally followed an academic path in the study of history, he later transitioned to cooking school to follow his passions. He initially found employment in some of the classic restaurants of Rome, before moving into well-respected kitchens of many famous Chefs possessing Michelin stars. He eventually made the decision to return back to 100% plant-based cooking as it aligned with his beliefs and brought harmony to his life. Gonzalo found his passions and niche were in creating refined modern plant-based cuisine, from simple ingredients that showcase the vast diversity of flavors, aromas, and textures that the culinary world has to offer.
